This paper presents great results and carry along a lot of information. The results presented are highly applicable to high-voltage domains requiring low power consumption and fast switching. It furthermore includes calculations and considerations throughout the design process and is written by well-regarded Lehmann who is one of the major contributors to level-shifters in integrated electronics.
